Warranty: For gold jewellery and bullions, we provide 100% of the prevailing gold price on gold-to-gold exchanges and 98% for cash returns. Silver items are valued at 90% of the prevailing rate for 92.5 Sterling Silver and 100% for 99.99% pure silver. Diamond jewellery receives 100% of the prevailing value when exchanged for other diamonds, and 80% for cash. Uncut diamonds and gemstones are accepted at 80% of their prevailing value for exchange and 70% for cash. For platinum, we offer 80% of the prevailing value on exchange and 70% for cash return.
